Sealcoating

Patchwork
In the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, rain, accompanied by freezing temperatures, can cause potholes and other damages due to water seeping into unsealed cracks and freezing, creating a larger crevasse. Potholes can become a massive problem for vehicles, especially when they continue to go without repair. Atwells Paving & Grading, your choice for asphalt patch services in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas, we'll fill any cracks or potholes with either hot or cold asphalt mix, keeping your asphalt smooth and drivable. By taking the time to patch your damaged pavement correctly now, you can prevent much more serious issues and costly repairs further on. Striping
Though many Tri- Cities and surrounding area business owners will neglect their parking lots and allow their current striping to fade, it’s typically recommended that re-striping occurs every two years, or when the existing paint coating has worn down to about 75% of its original shade. Investing in updating your Upstate parking lot line markings will have a positive impact on your lot traffic and will be pleasing to the eyes of your customers. Typically, the drying time for a re-stripe will be around 30 minutes, but you should keep traffic off the lot for at least an hour.
Grading & Drainage
